ETA-9130 Reporting Instructions have been revised to provide additional clarifications to assist grantees in reporting more accurate and consistent financial data.

The Federal Cash Section has been enhanced to reflect the correlation between Line 10a, Cash Receipts, and PMS drawdowns, as applicable to both the WIA Formula Grants and "All Other" ETA Grants.  The correlation between 10b, Cash Disbursements, and 10e, Federal Share of Expenditures, has also been detailed.

All Edit Checks (both hard and soft) currently contained in the on-line reporting system are now referenced in the revised instructions.
