(CA-34th) INVITES STUDENTS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE U.S. SERVICE ACADEMIES
 

U.S. Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard will host a free information session for high school students interested in attending a U.S. service academy and getting an elite college education at no cost, in exchange for an agreement to serve as a military commissioned officer for five years following graduation.

WHO: High school students and their parents are invited to meet with representatives from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
WHAT: A chance to learn about the U.S. service academies and the opportunity to get a four-year college education for free!
WHEN: Saturday, October 16, 2004, 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
