Downey - Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard greeted members of the Downey Chamber of Commerce at their annual Holiday Open House at the chamber's office on Brookshire Avenue adjacent to Downey City Hall. During lunch with the chamber members, the congresswoman provided an overview of her constituent casework services available to help residents troubleshoot problems with federal agencies.
