(March 7, 2006) Washington, D.C. - Representatives of the University of Southern California (USC) discuss the university's CREATE Homeland Security Center of Excellence with Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard.  The center is funded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
