(August 17, 2005) Downtown, LA - Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard tours the Arts District where more than 1,200 artists live and work in loft apartments and offices located in converted warehouses that were once abandoned. The district also includes several well-known restaurants and the highly acclaimed Southern California Institute of Architecture.
