@cspruck I fiddled with all whitespace 7 timestamp settings to no avail. It's a WinMerge consistency problem (their dir vs. file compares.)

@cspruck, @brianantonelli: Sadly WinMerge reports all files different on dir scan but open them and file tools says they are indentical. :-(
