Summary

This is our report on two major rules filed with us by the General Services Administration (GSA). Both are entitled "Federal Acquisition Regulation. They were published in the Federal Register as interim rules on June 30. These rules were developed by the Department of Defense. They have agreed to issue these two rules. Other coverage that is not directly related to the price evaluation adjustments for small disadvantaged business concerns. The proposed rule was split into these two interim rules for phased implementation to minimize any negative impact on small disadvantaged businesses caused by the large number of firms applying for certification when the program first becomes effective.
