The Lake Champlain Basin Program provides numerous opportunities for the public of all ages to learn about Lake Champlain, Lake stewardship and implementing the Plan, Opportunities for Action. Since 1992, LCBP outreach programs have included: cooperating with other not-for-profits on education programs; bringing Lake programs to local schools; partnering with the local media; creating the LCBP website; publishing fact sheets, and newsletters; and assessing the effectiveness of LCBP outreach programs.
