With the assistance of a federal mediator, bus drivers represented by Local No. 037 of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE) have ended a three-month strike against the Portage Area Regional Transportation Authority. The two sides reached a tentative agreement this week, after more than two years of negotiations.
