12/4/2008 2:15 PM EST: USPTO’s Trademark Document Retrieval (TDR) system will be unavailable on Saturday, December 6, 2008, starting at 12:01 AM and ending at 5:30 AM due to system upgrades:

In addition, the following systems will be unable to link to the TDR system:

- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS);

- First Action System for Trademarks (FAST);

- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE);

- Order Entry Management System (OEMS); and

- Trademark Application and Registration Retrieval (TARR).



12/3/2008 11:10 AM EST: The following USPTO business systems will be unavailable on Sunday December 7, 2008 starting at 1:00 AM and ending at 8:00 AM due to system maintenance:

- Electronic Filing System WEB (EFS-WEB);

- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA);

- Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS);

- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS);

- Order Entry Management System (OEMS);

- Patent File Wrapper (PFW);

- Public and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) systems;

- Revenue Accounting and Management System (RAM);

- Electronic Application System (TEAS) for both domestic filings and filings under the Madrid Protocol;

- Trilateral Dossier Access (TDA).
