ah, some of the pre-charcoal "bettersweet" no-temper chocolate cooled on the parchment. tasty and crisp, but not very glossy. hmm. |
test results: micro it for 2 min at a time instead of 1, and chocolate turns to charcoal. least i've got some bacon to eat. |
house-made bacon needs using faster, and new magically pre-tempered chocolate needs a melt test. hey, i've got an idea! |
