Latvijas Banka (Central Bank of Latvia) Riga, Latvia The Bank of Latvia is the Central Bank of Latvia. As such is charged with implementing monetary policy by controlling the amount of money in circulation in order to maintain price stability in the State. The Bank of Latvia makes a number of its publications available on its website including the Bank's annual and quarterly reports, as well as its Monthly Review and a variety of studies including its working papers.
