ForeSee Results is a growing, fast-paced and dynamic organization headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI, with offices in Southfield, MI and London, UK, and sales representatives throughout the U.S. We measure online customer satisfaction with private and public sector websites using the methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) to help our clients increase sales, loyalty, recommendations and website value.

We look for enthusiastic, fast-paced individuals with experience in market research, website usability, web analytics and other related fields. We are now actively recruiting for the positions listed below.

Administrative:

Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the front desk and helping to support the office needs. Other responsibilities include:

  • Answering of the main phone line
  • Greet guests
  • Handling of all shipping and receiving including mail
  • Maintain office supplies including ordering and restocking
  • Maintenance of the kitchen (coffee, pop machine, stock supplies, etc…)
  • General spreadsheets and documents

Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred.

Research Analysis:

Satisfaction Research Analysts (SRA) and Team Lead
The SRA is the main point of contact for our customers after the sale of our service. The SRA is responsible for presenting our clients with their website customer satisfaction analysis. This includes working with clients to establish surveys and providing analysis of the customer satisfaction results to the client on an ongoing basis. The SRA is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our clients.

The SRA Team Lead manages a team of analysts in a particular industry segment. The SRA Team Lead works closely with their team and multiple clients to accomplish successful client services.

Both positions require at least five years of experience in market research including preparing surveys, analyzing data, and presenting to clients. The Team Lead position requires additional direct management experience of five or more direct reports in a fast-paced environment. Multiple positions are open at our offices in Ann Arbor and Southfield, Michigan.

Sales:

Inside Sales Manager

This person will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and supervision of the inside sales team. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of sales representatives for a region
  • Coaching, performance management, and staff career development of direct reports.
  • Participating in the interviewing process and provides hiring recommendations and insights
  • Providing the team with sales tools and techniques to achieve their goals.
  • Providing Senior Management with weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts and performance of their team
  • Developing and executes strategic regional plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with frequent guidance from the area manager or director
  • Handling escalations and participates directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conducting regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis

  • Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree
  • 5 - 7 years of direct sales management experience
  • Experience of managing teams of at least 5 to 10 sales professionals within the last 5 years
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Clear leadership, mentoring and motivational abilities; experienced in hiring, developing, rewarding and retaining a sales team

Inside Sales/Account Management Professionals
These professionals will be responsible for generating client leads, cold calling potential clients to make contact and creating client interest from our offices in Ann Arbor and Southfield, Michigan. They will also maintain client information in the sales management system. They will continue to work with our clients to pursue renewals and additional business. These positions work in concert with regional sales professionals to grow the territories. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and two to five years progressively responsible inside sales experience. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of 30 or more calls per day.
