The National Center for Field Consultation (NCFC) is dedicated to strengthening the basic capacity of organizational and community systems to provide safety and permanency for abused and neglected children and their families by serving as CWLA's field implementation center for community, multisystem, organizational, and practice assessment and improvement. NCFC further seeks to advance the development and use of knowledge, resources, tools, and best practices that support organizational excellence, quality management, and effective service delivery systems.
