photo from office window

Penny Sheeler took this photo on a snowy January morning─an attractive winter scene with unusual empty parking spaces in front of the Harley C. Staggers Federal Building in Morgantown.  The Post Office moved to its new location, diagonally across the street from its former location in the Federal Building. The WV State office is scheduled to relocate with the other USDA Federal Building Agencies' during the spring to summer of 2009.
