@flipgonzo Steve - leak thing was simply the "City" did not sufficiently tighten clamp joining new meter to water main for building. 8 hrs
@kwbarrett I guess finding the leak and getting it fixed will be the easy part. Now to recover costs for Condo Assoc will be the challenge

So, my opinion is that City didn't install new meter properly to existing line. I hope Assoc. Insurance will cover cause City is ducking.
The LEAK: 1 hole in bdrm slab, carpet cut up. Trench dug 4.5' lg and 3.5' dp at Meter. The solution: City Tech torqs meter nut ~1.5" DRY
