SCOUTING IN WASHINGTON - Congressman Saxton meets with constituent and Boy Scout John "J.P" Cruz, 12 year old from Toms River. J.P. came in March 2006 to meet Jim and present him with a coin.
SPECIAL THANKS - Congressman Saxton accepts a large "thank you" card from students at New Hanover School. The students thanked him for all the work he has done to help improve the school.
Hi!
My name is Congressman Jim Saxton, and if you live in the Third Congressional District (which includes more than half of Burlington and Ocean counties and northern Camden County), I am your representative in the United States House of Representatives.
Because I represent towns from the Jersey Shore to the Delaware River, and everything in between (including Long Beach Island, Fort Dix, McGuire Air Force Base, farmlands and the Pine Barrens), I keep busy in many different areas.
Please enjoy this website, which has many links to other federal government agencies like NASA, the White House and the FBI, and others to some New Jersey sites.
And if you get a chance to come to Washington, stop in and talk to me or my staff. We'll try to arrange a tour, and if Congress is working, I'll try to arrange for you to come to the Capitol Building gallery and see how the laws on the nation are created.
Jim Saxton
