5:00 pm.                       Events team arrives at Capitol to begin set up and put up signs from Mass2020 and CAPAF, including pop up sign in room 211.
6:00 p.m.                      People from CAP, the Rennie Center, and Mass 2020 arrive.
6:30 p.m.                      Reception begins: John Podesta delivers brief remarks and introduces Sen. Kennedy (2 min) 
6:32 p.m.                      Sen. Kennedy makes brief remarks (3 minutes)
6:35 p.m.                      John Podesta introduces Rep. Payne (1 minute)
6:38 p.m.                      Rep. Payne makes brief remarks (3 minutes)
6:41 p.m.                      John Podesta introduces Jennifer Davis from Mass2020 (1 minute)
6:42 p.m.                      Jennifer Davis makes remarks and launches the Center for Time and Learning (5-7 minutes)
6:49 p.m.                      Official program ends and reception continues
