Summary

Wizdom Systems, Inc. protests the award of a contract to Teracore, Inc. by the Department of the Interior, on behalf of the Department of Defense's U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM), pursuant to request for quotations (RFQ) No. 1406-04-06-RQ-63792 for technical services to support development of USMEPCOM's virtual interactive processing system (VIPS).
