Aleve helps (thx @lucca), but stabbing, burning back pain still unrelenting. Heat + massage are the last things I want, trying an ice pack. |

@joebird most advice = massage or chiropractor. Chiro = useless when I had probs before, so maybe massage. But touching just makes it angry. |
