If you move your dealership, you must file a correction application (Form 371) with DMV before you sell or display at a new location. The correction application must be signed by an owner and include the following:
- Location approval from the city or county;
- A rider from your bonding company;
- A new certificate of insurance from your liability insurance company; and
- A fee of $30.

- A fee of $30.

Changing a Business Name & Address |

You must file a correction application (Form 371) with DMV if you change your business name and location. The correction application must be signed by an owner and include the following:
- Location approval from the city or county;
- A rider from your bonding company;
- A new certificate of insurance from your liability insurance company; and
- A fee of $30 for each change = total $60.
