Annual Performance Measures

Office of Family Health
  • Women's Health Section
The Women's Health Program promotes women's health across the lifespan. We assess the health and health needs of women in Oregon and promote programs that increase awareness of women's health issues among the public, researchers, educators and health care professionals.

  • Perinatal Health, Child Health, and Adolescent Health Sections
Promote the health and well being of Oregon's children by providing information and data on health trends, developing and addressing public policies in collaboration with other partners, and providing a variety of primary preventive activities and health services at the local community level.

  • Immunization Section
Promotes the health and well-being of all Oregonians through immunizing both children and adults.

  • Oral (Dental) Health
The Oral Health Program seeks to improve the oral health of Oregon's children. We work to decrease the number of children with decayed, filled or missing teeth; increase the number of children with preventative dental sealants in their adult molars; and increase the percent of people served by community fluoridated water systems. These goals are consistent with the Healthy People 2010 Oral Health Objectives for the nation.

  • Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
The WIC program identifies pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants, and children at nutritional risk and improves their nutrition status.
