Hearings Unit
Ken Jeske
Hearings Administrator

Hearings officers conduct disciplinary, involuntary administrative segregation and involuntary Special Management Unit hearings in accordance with established rules and relevant case law. Impartial hearings officers make findings based on a preponderance of evidence presented. Hearings officers use a discipline grid to determine sanctions. The grid considers the severity of the conduct, as well as the inmates´ conduct during incarceration. Sanctions include loss of privileges, fines and confinement in the prison´s Disciplinary Segregation Unit.
