2008 ENA National Scorecard
Oregon and Washington states have been recognized by the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) for receiving the highest scores in the country in a new roadway safety scorecard. The report is titled, "2008 ENA National Scorecard on State Roadway Laws: A Blueprint for Injury Prevention" and it ranks states based on 13 types of legislation that address issues such as seat belt use, graduated driver licensing for teens, and universal motorcycle helmet requirements.
2009 Judicial Education Conference

Register Now for the 11th Annual Judicial Education Conference at Salishan Lodge, Gleneden Beach.

The cost to attend this conference is $100.00 (Lodging and Meals are Provided).

The annual "Traffic Safety Conference", is open to Circuit, Justice and Municipal Judges and their Court Administrators (as space permits). It primarily focuses education toward items related to traffic law, court procedures, legislative bills and laws, ethics, DMV process and procedures and will provide Judges and Court Administrators with a variety of needed CLE credits in a relaxed atmosphere.

This conference provides an average of 13 CLE credit hours annually by the Oregon State Bar.

The 2009 Annual DUII Multi-Disciplinary Task Force Conference, offers law-enforcement, parole & probation, treatment providers, evaluators, prevention specialists, prosecutors, medical providers, judges and transportation safety professionals with an opportunity to learn and exchange information in the efforts to reduce impaired driving.
