NEW! EXPANDED ELECTRONIC FILING OPTIONS
The Commission has expanded its electronic filing services!
Now injured workers can file their claims and employers/insurance carriers can file their accident reports ON-LINE..

As of July 1, 2008, the new maximum compensation rate is $841.00 and the new minimum compensation rate is $210.25.
As of October 1, 2008, the COLA rate is 4.2%.
