In Case of An Emergency

All Bureau-funded schools are required to have policies and procedures that address how to handle an emergency. Here you will find a list of emergencies and what to do in the event that one of these situations may occur. You will also find a template for developing and refining how to address the four phases of crisis planning: Prevention/Mitigation; Preparedness; Response; and Recovery, as well as how to coordinate and collaborate with community-based partners such as law enforcement, safety officials, health services, mental health services, and tribal government.
