The Fire Marshal Division is dedicated to
the protection of life, property and the
environment from the devastation of
fire, explosions and hazardous
materials.The Nevada State Fire
Marshal and it's Bureaus are organized as a
Division within the Nevada Department of
Public Safety. Our focus and
efforts foster a fire safe environment
through fire prevention information and
education, fire protection engineering,
licensing and permitting and enforcement
services. We are also responsible
for providing fire/arson investigations
and enforcement,
fire service training and serve as the
state liaison to the Nevada Fire
Services.
We encourage all Nevadans to be
careful and help prevent fires from
occurring in our State.
