Body Shop Survey Results

Body Shop Labor Rate Survey
The results include shops that completed the survey through the renewal deadline of April 30, 2008. Shops that missed this deadline must still complete the survey online, but cannot renew their license online. The survey requires the access code from your renewal notice. This survey is mandatory in accordance with 2007 Assembly Bill 181.

A request for a third extension must be referred to a Compliance Enforcement Investigator for approval. Please allow additional time for a third approval response.

How to Print Legal Size Forms  - Legal size forms must be printed on 8½ x 14 paper.

  1. Ensure 8½ x 14 paper is loaded into the proper tray on your printer.
  2. Click on the form to open it in Acrobat Reader.
  3. Click the Print button on the Reader toolbar (not on the web browser toolbar).
  4. Place a check mark in the boxes labeled "Auto-rotate and center pages" and "Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size".
  5. Click "OK" to begin printing.

If your version of Reader does not have the "Choose Paper Source.." check box or if the form does not print properly:
