Truckers are the third largest motorist group using Nevada's highways, after commuters and
tourists. Accordingly, the Nevada Department of Transportation’s (NDOT) role in the regulation of
trucking operations is far reaching. The Nevada Revised Statutes, the Nevada Administrative Code, and
