The FDLP Desktop searchable Web application WEBTech Notes,
at http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/fdlp/tools/webtech.html, is not
currently available.

The appropriate GPO technical staff have been notified of the
problem.  We will issue a message when WEBTech Notes is again operational.

GPO apologizes for any inconvenience this causes. We thank you for your
