The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia would like to congratulate University of Georgia School of Law Associate Professor Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge who was recently appointed to serve on an American Arbitration Association delegation to the United Nations’ Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). The commission’s mandate is to reduce the disparities in national laws governing international trade thus furthering the progressive harmonization and unification of the law of international trade.
