@phillip - FlP, for example, is universal binary so it is much larger on Mac than on Win. Still about 40% smaller than SL, which is not UB.
@phillip ... and the DL size is presented accurately to the user. Re: Acrobat, most Mac software is larger for a variety of reasons.
@phillip regarding the toolbar DLs, they are offered seperately to people who manually browse to adobe.com to get the Player.
went to look at one of the Silverlight demos on MSFT's website, had to install SL2 on my Mac, and found a discrepancy - http://bit.ly/RttL

it's really impressive that you can deliver HD video using the industry standard codec for HD also used by Blu-ray, h.264, in Flash Player.
