For complaints regarding a hospital, ambulatory surgical facility or a portable x-ray unit, this hotline number may be called. Trained staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. for both emergency and non-emergency complaints. For emergency calls outside of these business hours call 1-800-254-5164.
