The National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children (NADEC) exists to help you make a difference in the lives of children who are in danger because their parents or caregivers are manufacturing, dealing or using drugs. We work to create and sustain multi-disciplinary DEC alliances around the country. We support state DEC alliances in transforming their local communities, by:

Connecting practitioners across disciplines to increase expertise and enhance their work with children and families.

Educating the public about this issue and ways to help.

Advocating for funding and services to assist drug endangered children.

We encourage you to explore the National Resource Center. You can learn about best practices and recent research, discover training opportunities, and pose questions to our national experts.

We are united in the commitment to support, rescue, shelter, and defend children who are being harmed by drugs.

Do you have an idea for a webinar? Would you like to share your knowledge with other practitioners in the field and community members?

NADEC is looking for a few good presenters to participate in our 2009 Webinar Series. If you've got an idea for a webinar you'd like to present, submit a brief description and personal bio to Katie Bositis by clicking HERE.

If you don't have an idea, but still have a yen to present, we've got several! We're looking for knowledgeable speakers on the subjects of Marijuana Grow Houses, the Effects of Psychotropic Meds on Fetuses, and Model Drug Courts, just to name a few.
