@carondg I prefer MCP over SureJel. One requires more sugar than the other. I also add lemon juice. |

@carondg I do fruit + pectin & 1/2tsp of butter. Boil then add sugar. Def get funnel for canning & magnet wand for lids. I just made 65 jars |
