The Resources Management Division is responsible for OER’s internal operations, including budget, personnel, space planning, and administrative support for NASA’s overseas representatives and DOD liaisons. This Division also manages the Agency-wide translation service and VISA processing contract, and is the Department of State liaison for issues pertaining to overseas staffing, security, facilities, the International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) interagency groups, and to the Capital Security Cost Sharing group.
The Resources Management Division, has responsibility for the initiation, management, and implementation of code-wide institutional resources and operations. Specifically, this office plans, develops, and manages budgets, and human resources for OER, and NASA’s overseas offices. This office is the Agency’s liaison to the State Department working group for International Cooperative Administrative Support Systems (ICASS) and the Capital Security Cost Sharing (CSCS) group. The Resources Management Division has oversight responsibilities for operations and policy initiatives in the overseas offices, and manages the Agency-wide Interpretation/Translation and VISA Processing Contract.
