Tips for Downloading Electronic (PDF) Books

Our frequently asked questions guide answers questions about purchasing and accessing our electronic books. If you are having problems downloading and viewing a PDF book, start by making sure you have the proper software installed. To view our PDF books, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Visit www.adobe.com to download and install the free Adobe Reader software on your computer.

Placing an Order

We ship orders worldwide. In addition to ordering books through our Web site, you can place an order by phone, fax, or mail.

When you find a book of interest, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to place the book in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout to finalize your order.

Returns and Questions About an Order

Most books can be returned 3 months from the date of your invoice for full credit, less the shipping and handling. Please read our instructions for returning a book and answers to other order problems.
