Nanophosphor composite scintillators comprising a polymer matrix

Abstract
This invention is a new class of scintillators that could be used for large volume, low cost radiation detection with applications in Homeland Security, International Safeguards, Scientific Research, and Medical Imaging.

IP Status: Available both Exclusively and Non Exclusively

Commercialization Strategy: Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking commercial partners to co-develop applications in this area.  This technology is available for both exclusive and non-exclusive licensing.
