The required annual reports for the LANS 401(k) Retirement and Savings Plans and the LANS Welfare Benefits Plan are now available on the HR-Benefits Plan Reports page. 401(k) Brokerage Window Enrollment Kits may be requested for the new Fidelity Brokerage Window after December 22, 2008. Applications should not be mailed to Fidelity sooner than December 30, 2008, since the option won’t be available until January 2, 2009. It will take about a week for Fidelity to process the application and make investing through the Brokerage Link possible. Please read important information about 401(k) investment plan changes (pdf).
Fidelity representatives will be holding Information Sessions at the Physics Auditorium on December 11 to discuss the upcoming fund changes to the 401(k) plans. Sessions will begin at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, and 12:00 pm. Attendance will be on a first-come / first-seated basis. Please arrive early if you would like to attend.
