Daniel Arbour Dan has more than 30 years of experience in the information industry. He held various management and executive positions at ProQuest Information and Learning in the areas of copyright and licensing, product development, and sales and marketing.
He is the past president of the Friends of Libraries U.S.A., the largest non-profit fundraising and programming organization in the nation. He is a past member of the Council of Library and Information Resources for the Text Creation Partners, sponsored by the University of Michigan, New York Public Library, and other prominent academic and public libraries.
He is currently serving on a committee for the Association of College and Research Libraries. He has served on the Library Resource Development Board at Eastern Michigan University and is a trustee of the university's Foundation.
Dan earned his bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and his MBA from Eastern Michigan University.

Joe Mills Joe has more than 20 years of experience in digitization and micrographics operations for library and commercial customers. He served as vice president of manufacturing for ProQuest Information and Learning.
Joe helped to design and sell content retrieval solutions to major U.S. automotive manufacturers. He has extensive experience in costing, logistics, and electronic publishing.

Tim Mitchell Tim has more than 21 years of experience serving libraries in the information industry. He was national sales director for ProQuest Information and Learning, with a strong track record for successfully achieving goals and meeting customers' needs.
Previously, he was vice president of sales for bigchalk and regional sales director for Apex Learning.
Tim earned a BA from Carleton College and master's degree in management and policy analysis from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Jeff Moyer Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in online information publishing and new product development. Most recently, he was publisher of research collections for Thomson Gale, a reference publisher.
Previously, he led the development of the initial Digital Vault products for ProQuest Information and Learning, including Early English Books Online and American Periodicals Series. He also worked for Apex CoVantage in the E-publishing Services Group. And he worked for R.L. Polk, where he designed new information systems and geographic modeling systems for the auto industry.
Jeff earned a BA from California State University.

Jim Militello As Chief Financial Officer, Jim manages finance, human resources, and business information systems.
Previously, Militello served as vice president of finance at Thomson Gale, a leading information provider to the library market. His experience at Thomson Gale included planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting. Militello also worked for ProQuest Information and Learning, Voyager.net, and Baxter International.
Militello earned a BA from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
