HARD COPIED DOCUMENTS NO LONGER REQUIRED
Effective for cases filed after March 1, 2008, Chapter 7 Trustees will no longer require paper hardcopies of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, or forms and their amendments which are filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court.

RECEIPT OF DEBTORS' TAX DOCUMENTS
It is anticipated that debtors and their attorneys may submit the debtors' tax documents via electronic mail (e-mail) to the Chapter 7 panel trustees or the Chapter 13 trustee. It is the position of the United States Trustee that electronic (e-mail) receipt of debtors' tax documents not later than 7 days before the date first set for the meeting of creditors, satisfies the debtors' requirement under 11 U.S.C. § 521(e)(2).
