ATTORNEY GENERAL ASHCROFT TO SPEAK AT
THE COUNCIL OF THE AMERICAS’ WASHINGTON CONFERENCE
WASHINGTON, D.C.- Attorney General John Ashcroft will speak at the 33rd Annual Council of the Americas’ Washington Conference on MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2003, at the U.S. State Department. The Attorney General will address the audience of Government officials and business leaders from the U.S. and Latin America to discuss democracy, economic expansion and the rule of law.

For security purposes, you will need to present an official photo identification card (driver's license or passport) and one of the following: (1) A U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) letter from your employer on letterhead, verifying employment as a journalist.
