ATTORNEY GENERAL ASHCROFT TO DELIVER KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCE NATIONAL CONFERENCE

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Attorney General John Ashcroft will deliver the keynote address to approximately 500 law enforcement agency heads, US Attorneys, FBI agents, and regional coordinators across the country at the Justice Department's Biannual Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) National Conference, beginning Tuesday, July 30, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. EST. The conference will also feature remarks from President Bush's Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Director John Walters, Senator Jeff Sessions, FBI Director Robert Mueller, DEA Administrator Asa Hutchinson, and leaders from the federal agencies who are part of the OCDETF team.
