If you are in a position to handle the planning and coordination logistics, but need help with receiving, receipting and processing registration payments Basic Service is the option for you.

- Project registration income
- Provide an Actual Cost Report
    upon conclusion
- Maintain detailed records for
    repeat groups

For a Per Registrant Fee, OCI Will:
- Create a registration form and provide
    a link for your website
- Receive registrations
- Record credit card or payment
    transactions
- Reconcile deposits, issue receipts &
    send confirmations
- Maintain a registrant database
- Provide you with participant list
    upon request
- Make participant name tags prior to
    the event (Optional)
