The mission of the Antitrust Division is to promote and protect the competitive process — and the American economy — through the enforcement of the antitrust laws. The key to accomplishing this mission is the Division’s outstanding staff.

Although the Antitrust Division hires primarily attorneys, paralegals, and economists, there are also opportunities for highly qualified applicants seeking employment in professional, administrative and support positions.
