WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS) will facilitate a law enforcement dialogue for the Northern New England Police Accreditation Coalition on Post-September 11 racial tensions on April 5, 2002. The dialogue will be held at the Waterville Valley Conference Center in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

"The Community Relations Service will facilitate a dialogue among state and local law enforcement officials on effective responses to hate activities against Muslim and Arab Americans," said CRS Director Sharee M. Freeman.

CRS will work with the police chiefs and the Coalition to enhance Post-September 11 hate crime prevention efforts.
