Victoria Jolicoeur, Grant Program Specialist

Victoria Jolicoeur serves as a Grant Program Specialist with the SMART Office for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs (OJP). Ms. Jolicoeur manages SMART Office grant programs, which include the Sex Offender Management Assistance grant program, Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Program and Capacity Development grant program, and Comprehensive Approaches to Sex Offender Management grant program.

Prior to joining the SMART Office, Ms. Jolicoeur worked as management consultant with Huron Consulting Group, Inc. in the Strategic Grants Management practice. Prior to her work at Huron she worked as a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., as well as Laurel Consulting Group, where she was contracted to provide assistance to government agencies as a Program Specialist assisting grantees with programmatic issues and concerns, as well as the peer review process.

Ms. Jolicoeur has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, and a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
