The Clinical Services Development Division is charged with the strategic development of the clinical enterprise of the five University of California medical school campuses. The division provides direction, support and coordination of Systemwide and campus-specific strategic plans, transactions, and activities for the clinical enterprise. The Division strives to improve the strategic and financial position of the clinical enterprise, and the quality and safety of patient care.
