What is FBCI?

The guiding principle behind the Faith-Based and Community Initiative (FBCI) is that faith-based and grassroots organizations should be able to compete on an equal footing for public dollars to provide public services. Through the FBCI and within the framework of the Constitutional church-state guidelines these organizations are encouraged to reach out with compassion to help people in need.
