Affirmative Action
The Office of Affirmative Action has responsibility for handling grievances, employment (i.e., discrimination, harassment) and ADA issues for staff and academic employees. It is also responsible for providing various related training to the ANR staff. It maintains and provides analysis of ANR workforce demographics, and reviews and approves academic recruitments, classifications and waivers of recruitment.
